Which account should I choose?
Choose Business for screens in your own organisation. Choose Reseller when you manage screens for customer organisations. Reseller accounts include separate customer workspaces and customer user access.
Will the free trial charge me after seven days?
No. The card-free trial expires automatically. Your organisation and content stay in the same account if you choose a paid plan.
How do reseller volume rates work?
The rate for your total screen count applies to every screen: £10 each for 5–49 screens, £8 each for 50–99, and £5 each for 100 or more. The minimum reseller charge is £50 for 5 screens.
Can I change the number of screens later?
Yes. Manage screen capacity and payment details from Billing in your account. Resellers can allocate that capacity across customer organisations and locations.
What do I need to run a screen?
Use a supported Windows, Android or browser player. Our setup guide covers playback, connectivity and ICRTouch setup. Screen hardware is separate from your subscription.
