Platform comparison
Luuma vs NoviSign for a hospitality signage business
Compare Luuma's ICRTouch-focused reseller offering with NoviSign's white-label programme, integration options and published regional pricing.
By Luuma Checked
Luuma is a focused starting point for UK resellers serving ICRTouch venues. NoviSign deserves consideration when your service needs its documented white-label programme, broader integration options or several player platforms.
A reseller choosing signage software is also choosing the service they will support. A repeatable pub-menu installation, a hotel information display and a branded signage platform place different demands on the supplier. Begin with the customers you expect to win, then compare the commercial commitment and the work involved in each installation.
Luuma offers customer, location and user management alongside designs and playlists, with ICRTouch names and prices available for connected menus. NoviSign offers a partner programme with its own-domain branding and customer-management tools. Both are relevant reseller options; the useful question is which arrangement fits the service you intend to deliver.[2][4]

Start with an installation you can repeat
Luuma's published five-screen reseller minimum makes the initial software commitment straightforward to plan. For an ICRTouch specialist, the connected-menu workflow provides a clear proposition to discuss with existing till customers. You can build your evaluation around a venue's actual products and prices, rather than beginning with a generic demonstration slide.[1][2]
NoviSign's partner programme asks for digital-signage deployment experience and states that minimum purchases depend on region and industry. Its branding options are worth investigating if selling under your own identity is essential. Ask for the UK agreement, minimum commitment and responsibilities for first-line customer support before committing to your own customer packages.[4]
Choose the data connection before the design
An attractive menu still needs the correct product and price. Luuma supports ICRTouch catalogue bindings inside menu designs, so a useful pilot should connect a product name and the relevant price field, then check the displayed result. Keep promotions and manually written copy distinguishable from fields supplied by the till.[2]
NoviSign's integration catalogue covers POS systems, calendars, dashboards and design tools including Canva. Its documentation describes working with its engineers to set up data feeds. That breadth may suit a reseller serving several sectors. It does not establish the exact ICRTouch connection for your installation: request a demonstration and a scoped quote instead of assuming compatibility or incompatibility.[5]
Price the rollout, including the devices
NoviSign's pricing URL redirected to its US/Canada page during this review. The dollar amount above is labelled as annual billing and should not be treated as a UK monthly price or wholesale offer. Luuma publishes monthly sterling rates; compare both suppliers using the same screen count, tax treatment and contract length.[3][1]
NoviSign documents players for Android, Windows, Chrome OS, LG webOS, Samsung Tizen and BrightSign, among others. Its guide recommends confirming hardware suitability before buying multiple devices. This is useful when customers already own a mixed fleet, but support for a platform is not a guarantee for every model.[6]
For either supplier, include installation, screen mounting, connectivity and ongoing content work in your proposal. Have the person who will maintain the menu complete a normal edit during the pilot. A small, well-defined installation gives you better evidence for the next quotation than a long list of unused features.
Common questions
Does this comparison establish NoviSign's UK reseller price?
No. The public dollar reference comes from its US/Canada retail page. Request a UK partner quote, including the applicable minimum purchase and billing period.[3][4]
Can I assume an existing display will work?
Confirm the exact player, operating system and display arrangement before ordering. NoviSign explicitly recommends checking hardware suitability; this article makes no universal compatibility claim for either product.[6]
